在UL2054标准里原文有明确写出：
 
a.  warning notice with the following or equivalent:
 
“Caution – The battery used in this device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn if mistreated.  Do no disassemble, heat above (manufacturer’s maximum temperature limit), or incinerate.  Replace battery with (battery manufacturer’s name or end product manufacturer’s name and part number) only.  Use of another battery may present a risk of fire or explosion.”
 
b. Complete instructions as to how to replace the battery including the following or equivalent statement:
 
“Dispose of used battery promptly.  Keep away from children.  Do not disassemble and do not dispose of in fire.”

c. Shall be checked in end product’s instruction if Symbol   is provided on battery pack body. Instructions to prevent reasonably foreseeable misuse of this battery pack and related warning should be considered and provided in the end product evaluation.

我们来分析下这几句话：
要求a: 标签上一定要有下面这几句或者警告含义性质等同的语句
 
“如果使用不当，电池可能会产生火灾或化学灼伤的风险。不要拆卸，加热超过(制造商的最高温度限制)，或焚烧。按照制造商的指示去替换电池”
就要说明可能会带来火灾或爆炸的风险。
一般在标签上可以这么打，再简单说明具体的警告需要让用户参见说明书，这样就避免了在标签上打不下警告语的问题啦。

要求b: 关于如何更换电池的完整说明，包括以下或同等的说明:
及时处理用过的电池。远离儿童。不要拆卸，不要在火灾中处置。”
这个在说明书中写明就好，警告不要拆卸，远离儿童，远离火源之类的语句

要求c: 如果电池包本体上打这个符号，则应在最终产品说明书中可以检查到，在最终产品评估中，应考虑并提供防止合理预见的误用该电池组的说明和相关警告。
就是说如果在标签上要打的符合，一定要在说明书中体现对应的警告符合，并描述列出这个符合具体的警告语。
 
总结下，简单的说，就是标签上可以精简的只写一句警告语，
