首先是对测试样品的要求：

• Commercial form

• 成品，装好端子

• Six representative devices

• 每个测试六个代表性的样品

• Different Type designations within a single housing

• 同一个外壳安装不同type端子

方法:

In an air-circulating oven（热循环烘箱）.
● Rubber :  100 ±2 ℃ / 70 hours
● PVC : 100 ±1 ^oC / 96 hours
     Exception: if body hardness > Shore D65 as determined in accordance with ASTM D 2240,  need not to be subjected to this test.

• 符合ASTM D 2240的邵氏硬度大于65

Results:（判定结果）
Shall not show no apparent deterioration and shall show no greater change in hardness than ten numbers

• 外观上没有变形，硬度变化不能超过10个点

 

• The accelerated-aging tests are to be made on each  

   color of rubber and on each basic rubber compound  
   employed for the device

• 每种颜色的塑料都有测试

• Tested on non-Recognized materials

• 测试只针对没有认证过的塑料
