本章为大家介绍下电机的UL1004认证中一个长期测试项目
 
 
LOCKED ROTOR ENDURANCE TEST: AUTOMATICALLY RESET PROTECTORS 俗称电机耐久测试
 
 
 测试方法
 
Immediately following the Locked Rotor Temperature and Dielectric Voltage Withstand Tests, the automatically reset protected motor was subjected to an additional 15 days of operation.
 
   电机堵转72小时后打完耐压继续运行15天。俗称3+15天耐久测试
 
 Since the motor was rated over 1 horsepower, the locked rotor endurance test was extended such that a minimum of 2000 cycles for the entire 18 days of locked rotor testing was completed.  This was based on the stabilized cycle rate during the locked rotor temperature test.
 
   电机马力超过1 horsepower需要连续运行18天
 
During the test, the motor was energized using the applicable voltage with rotor was locked and the frame grounded by a 3 A non-time delay cartridge fuse.
 
  电机按照额定电压通电,外壳接3A的延迟保险丝
 
For the motor with non-conductive enclosure, wrap the non-conductive enclosures in metal foil and to connect all accessible (or dead) metal parts together to the metal foil and connect through a 3 A-ampere non-time delay cartridge fuse to ground.
 
 对于不导电外壳的电机,将不导电外壳用金属箔包裹,并将所有可接触(或死)金属部件连接到金属箔上,然后通过一个3安培无延时熔断器接地
 
At the conclusion of the endurance test, and while still in a heated state, the sample was subjected to a Dielectric Test at twice the marked rated voltage between dead-metal parts and the windings.
 
 在耐久试验结束时,当仍处于加热状态时,试样在无金属部件和绕组之间的额定电压的两倍下进行介电试验。
 
结果判定:
The 3A fuse in the grounding conductor did not open
    接地导体中的3A保险丝没有打开
 
There was no electrical or mechanical malfunction of associated component parts
   相关部件无电机或者机械故障
 
The motor was electrically operable
   电机是动的,在工作中的
 
The protector cycled the motor off and on for the entire test
  在整个测试过程中,保护器使电机不停地断断续续
 
There was no breakdown from the dielectric voltage applied
  耐压测试是OK的
