样品要求：

• Commercial form

• 成品，装好端子

• Six representative devices

• 每个测试六个代表性的样品

• Different Type designations within a single housing

• 同一个外壳安装不同type端子

测试方法介绍：

• Fully assembled, unmated devices are to be placed in a full-draft circulating-air oven for seven hours

• 完全安装好，不相互配套，7个小时

• The temperature is to be maintained at a uniform temperature of not less than 70°C (158°F) and at least 10°C (18°F) higher than either:

• 测试温度不低于70度并且是比一下温度高10度
  • The maximum intended operating temperature of the device, up to the maximum thermal index rating of the insulating material, or
  • 客户指定的最高操作温度，但不高于塑料的RTI(Elec. and mech.without impact)值
  • The maximum temperature of the connector as measured during the Temperature Test.
  • 温升测试的最高温度

结果判定要求：

Shall not be any warpage, shrinkage or other distortion

• 不能出现任何扭曲，收缩，或者其他的变形
