直流电机UL1004认证堵转测试介绍

直流电机UL1004认证中堵转测试方法,在标准中说明如下:(下面说的是针对有热保护器类型的电机)
 
测试条件:

1. The motor employing an automatically reset protector was mounted on a thermally insulated surface.
      产品安装在隔热表面
 
2. The rotor was locked and the frame grounded by a 3 A non-time delay cartridge fuse.
 
     外壳接3A的保险丝
 
3. For the motor with non-conductive enclosure, wrap the non-conductive enclosures in metal foil and to connect all accessible (or dead) metal parts together to the metal foil and then connect        through a 3 A-ampere non-time delay cartridge fuse to ground.
 
      对于不导电外壳的电机,将不导电外壳用金属箔包裹,并将所有可接触(或死)金属部件连接到金属箔上,然后通过一个3安培无延时熔断器接地
 
4 .Starting at room temperature, the sample was connected to the indicated supply source and energized continuously for 72 h from a cold start.
      样品连续堵转运行72小时
 
5. A minimum of four thermocouples were placed on the motor windings and temperatures were monitored with a suitable instrument for the entire test.
 
      测试过程中,电机线圈上至少需要有4个温控探头监控温度
 
 
测试判据:
 
1. The temperatures measured did not exceed the maximum allowable temperature limits for the components and the insulation system
 
      线圈温度不超过绝缘系统要求的最大限值
 
2. The 3A fuse in the grounding conductor did not open
      3A的保险丝没有断开
 
3. There was no electrical or mechanical malfunction of associated component parts
 
     相关部件无电气或者机械故障
 
4. The motor was electrically operable
     电机是可以动的
 
5. The protector cycled the motor off and on for the entire test (+)
 
    测试过程中,保护器是否让电机不停的断开
 
 
不同绝缘系统对应的线圈温度限值如下:

Explanatory Notes:
Maximums for Class A/E/B/F/H/N/R:  
Protector does not trip (+) 150/165/175/200/225/245/265
Protector Trips -Automatically Reset During 1st hour: 200/215/225/250/275/295/315
After 1st hour: 175/190/200/225/250/270/290
Average: 150/165/175/200/225/245/265
