UL 962户外功能的家具测试要求介绍

咱们通常做的家具类认证大部分都是室内干燥的使用环境，但是也会有一些户外或者室内潮湿环境的家具要做UL认证，那这些家具在UL认证中又有哪些特殊的测试需要评估的呢？下面根据UL 962原文标准，给大家详细介绍。

洒水淋雨测试需要评估。

91. 通用-测试条件。
91 General – Test Conditions

91.1 在淋雨或洒水试验前，有供水的开口的封闭物连接应该安装在预定的供应连接方式上。所有有线家具部分，配件和类似的部件要按照要求进行组装。
91.2 淋雨或洒水试验应按照表91.1所示的操作顺序进行。

91.1 Before a rain or sprinkler test is conducted, an enclosure containing an opening for supply connections is to be fitted with the intended supply connection means. All wired furnishing sections, fittings, and similar components are to be assembled as intended.
91.2 The rain or sprinkler test is to be conducted in the operating sequence shown in Table 91.1.

92. 通用-测试结果。
92 General – Test Results

92.1 经过球砸测试（如果需要进行的话）后的淋雨和洒水测试，如果水没有进入家具内部，则测试结果是通过的。

例外情况:如果水不会导致任何灯座、电线或其他本质上不防水的电气部件潮湿，并且如果家具按照84.2的要求设置了排水孔，则也是可以接受的。。
92.1 Test results are satisfactory if, after the impact conditioning (if applicable) and the rain or sprinkler tests, no water has entered the furnishing.
Exception: Water may if the water does not cause wetting of any lampholder, wiring, or other electrical parts that are not inherently waterproof and if the furnishing is provided with a drain hole as required in 84.2.
